“Doom at your service”

Wondering why he has been nice to Dong-kyung (Park Bo-young) and refusing to accept that he has emotions since he is not human and that he is ‘Doom’, Myul-mang (Seo In-guk) approaches Dong-kyung and tells her that he does not know when it start and where it all began, but he don’t care anymore. Myul-mang tells Dong-kyung that he is not planning on making her smile. As midnight is approaching and Dong-kyung needs a ‘recharge’ of Myul-mang’s power so that she will not be in pain due to her tumour, Myul-mang tells her that he won’t be holding her hand as he has been too nice for no reason.

As he finish speaking, Dong-kyung fell to the floor in pain. Pleading for her hand to be held, Myul-mang ask if that is her wish. Refusing to make the wish, Dong-kyung look on to Myul-mang with pain in her eyes. Myul-mang finally gives in and holds her hand. He tells her that he is not human, he does not sleep or cry and the feelings of compassion or love does not exist for him. He tells her that she will cry because of him and that she will eventually want to destroy the world because that’s the only way to kill him.

Angered by his words, Dong-kyung asks if that is his grand plan? Dong-kyung climbs up to the ledge and tells him then this is her plan before she attempt to jump down but was caught by Myul-mang. In anger, Myul-mang asks if she is crazy. Dong-kyung retorts that she knew that he will stop her and that his claim of not eating, sleeping or have any emotions is not true. Then she tells him that her plan now is to love him, then she will be able to live without losing anything.

Taken aback by her response, Myul-mang then pulls Dong-kyung closer and tells her “Let’s do it right then. Love me to the point that you want to destroy the world for me.”
