Rescuing Cinderella

“Cinderella and Four Knights”

Four knights – Kang Ji-woon (Jung Il-woo), KangHyun-min (Ahn Jae-hyun), Kang Seo-woo (Lee Jung-shin) and Lee Yoon-sung (Choi Min) came to the rescue of Ha-won (Park So-dam) in their own ways.

Feeling jealous, Choi Yu-na (Go Bo-gyeol) maliciously posted in the school blog that Ha-won is staying in the Haneul House as the mistress of Chairman Kang (Kim Yong-gun). Unknown to Ha-won, the news spread in school and she became the target of bullies. As the blog went viral, Kang Seo-woo read it and quickly came rushing over. At the same time, with the intention to visit Ha-won’s graduation, Ji-woon overheard conversation of Ha-won becoming a target. He rushes in to the school, frantically looking for her. Meanwhile, Hyun-min bought a new school uniform for Ha-won upon finding that the old uniform that he has kept for Ha-won was smeared. Yoon-sung after finding out that Ha-won has left Haneul House after thinking that she has failed in the Chairman’s mission, rushes to the school to look for her as well. This scene is practically four knights all came to rescue “cinderella.” It is almost like a fairy-tale.

While the scene was happening, Ji-woon fought off a group of boys and chases the girls out. Ha-won was found with her sweat shirt torn. Putting his jacket over Ha-won, Ji-woon escorts her out of the auditorium. Another group of boys came over ready to start a fight again. Just as Ji-woon was about to throw a fist, Hyun-min came by and chided him how he always uses fist to solve a fight. Hyun-min offers the boys the key to his car if they leave and threw the key out of the window. The boys quickly ran rushing to get the car key. As they were about to pick the key, Yoon-sung came by and fought off the boys.

The scene displays how the Kang brothers including bodyguard Yoon-sung has shown such great care and concern towards Ha-won. From their selfish self which they display at the start of the show, they have each in their own way starts to care for a simple girl. Ji-woon and Hyun-Min is at each other wits as Hyun-Min continues his charade of pretending to be Ha-won’s fiancee. Ji-woon is perplexed as he has started to develop feelings for Ha-won and also knowing that Hye-Ji (Son Na-eun) is in love with Hyun-min where Hyun-min continuously hurts Hye-ji.
